When Dell started working as a receptionist 24 years ago
with a local savings and loan office, little did she know it
would lead into a lifetime career in the mortgage industry.
Now, as a Senior Mortgage Consultant for On Q Financial,
“Mortgages Simplified,” Dell continues to work with clients looking
to buy homes and clients that are looking to refinance.
“My relationships with Realtors and borrowers do not end
after the closing. I want to be their mortgage consultant for life.
Relationships matter!” Dell says.
On Q Financial, founded on the West Coast, continues to grow
with several North Carolina offices in Charlotte, Raleigh, Durham,
Concord, Jacksonville and Kitty Hawk, including the Wilmington
office which opened in August 2011.
“At On Q Financial, we take pride in making the mortgage
experience simple, quick and easy for our clients and referral
partners. With the best team in the mortgage industry, we aim to
provide great customer service by keeping our clients informed and
by targeting a quick accurate closing,” she says.
Dell and her husband of 19 years, Andy Allen, have two sons,
Maxton and Mason. One was diagnosed with autism at an early
age. The couple supports Surfers Healing, a nonprofit that enriches
the lives of people living with autism by exposing them to the
unique experience of surfing. Dell also sponsors Team MAX!
during the annual NC Coastal Autism Run/Walk in Wilmington.
“It is important to me to support organizations that help people
that are on the spectrum,” Dell says.
