The gist Use any raised
surface that also allows you
to hold on. Step up with
both feet, then fully extend
as high as you can upward
and then back down with a
full stretch at the bottom.
Then repeat. Start with 10-
15 reps.

lower back.
The gist Hold this
position, working abs
for as long as possible,
with a goal of
1-2 minutes. Keep abs
and back really tight,
don’t let the hips
drop.

The gist Start with both hands on bench edge or pole. Bring one
knee forward, then back, then opposite knee forward, then back. A
right and left count as one repetition.
