The gist Beginner: Start with one foot on one side
of backless bench, the other foot on the bench. Hop
up and over in one motion, and then back. Start with
10-15 reps.
Advanced: Start with feet on one side of backless
bench, or pole. Hop up and over in one motion, and
then back.
A right and left count as one repetition.
