Real estate Broker Michelle Clark works with buyers and sell-ers
in Wrightsville Beach, Landfall and Wilmington. She has
been with Intracoastal Realty since 2006.
“My team and I are in this business for the long run,” she says.
“Real estate is what we do for a living. Our clients all know this and
appreciate the fact that we will be here in the next five, ten and
20 or more years.”
In today’s economic climate Clark feels that market expertise and
customer service are paramount.
“The real estate market is getting better every day, but buyers
and sellers are still facing challenges,” she says. For sellers, Clark and
her team fully educate property owners by offering proper pricing
statistics, marketing strategies and updates needed in order for
them to sell. For buyers, they strive to make sure there will be few or
no surprises so each transaction can be seamless.
“This is a very human business we are in, so I believe it’s impor-tant
to balance professionalism with personal attention,” Clark says.

It’s very important for Clark and her team to give back to the
community. Team members participate in or contribute to as many
fundraisers in the area as they can throughout the year, Clark is also
