The Harbor Island Garden Club was
enlisted to create a memorial to those
who have battled breast cancer.
The tree in the Wrightsville Beach Park
behind the garden club’s Harbor Way
Garden is hung with 100 pink ribbons,
80 of which bear the names of
breast cancer patients and survivors.
