Before renovations, the traditional one-story
vacation home had three garage bays and
a double staircase to the first-level entry.
Architect Michael Kersting reimagined the
entire exterior, creating a modern entryway
on the ground floor and an enclosed balcony
on the first level. Grey shingles replaced
the beige stucco façade exterior, blending
traditional and modern touches.
