Teenagers on a YouthWorks mission trip help residents
displaced by Hurricane Florence move into their
apartments in the Jervay Community on August 1. The
work was part of an ongoing effort organized by the Cape
Fear Volunteer Center, a Wilmington nonprofit that has
been instrumental in the hurricane recovery process.
