The unique yachtsman’s home at 324 Causeway Drive built and owned by the late developer of Seapath Yacht Club,
Don Gilstrap, sold in November for $1.75 million. The home has a covered yacht garage for a 60-foot yacht. It was listed
and sold by Century 21’s Michael Otelsberg.
“It will be used as an event venue as well as a very high end rental serving the boating community, among others,”
says interior designer Daryl Rosenbaum.
“It features a helicopter pad cantilevered over the covered boat slip.”
The 30-year old interior has been updated from old school 80s into the present, within the existing blueprint.
“It’s been completely redesigned to incorporate double the amount of bedrooms and nearly twice the bathrooms, all
of which are well proportioned. It showcases a spacious, great room topped with a shiplap, vaulted ceiling which opens
out onto the helicopter pad. That landing area doubles as a one-of-a-kind deck with stunning vistas,” Rosenbaum says. 70
