Marcello Caliva, Robbie Robinson and Trey Wallace of
Intracoastal Realty have created a partnership to better serve
their real estate clientele. Each brings a separate skill set to
the buying or selling experience. The team currently lists $20 million
in residential and commercial properties.
Marcello, with more than six years in the business, has sold more
than $40 million in residential and commercial properties throughout
the coastal area. With a wide range of experience and market knowl-edge,
he has worked with clients to procure, sell and develop high end
beach homes. Commercially, he has negotiated complex retail shopping
center deals and hotel development transactions.
Robbie has held a real estate license for two years with an additional
ten years of commercial development experience, specifically land
development and commercial flex space, federal tax credit properties
and the understanding of residential beach codes and properties.

intimately familiar with the Wilmington area. He has just begun his
real estate career and holds a degree in political science and history
from East Carolina University.
Collectively, they have lived in Wrightsville Beach for more than
50 years and are enthusiastic about sharing their knowledge and experi-ences.
Their business is based on personal relationships, and they owe
their success to current, past and future clients.
The Caliva, Robinson, Wallace partnership, with the highest level of
integrity and market savvy, works with clients on one of the largest and
most rewarding investments they can make: property ownership.

Bernhart, knows what it takes to suc-cessfully
sell homes. After all, she’s
been in the business more than 34 years. A
top producer at Landfall Realty for the past
decade, with 20 years of exclusive Landfall
experience, Alison and her team specialize in
presenting North Carolina’s first gated golf
course community.
When asked about her secret to success,
Alison says, “Reputation is probably the
single most important aspect of all my real
estate attributes. The repeat transactions
that come from staying in the same neigh-borhood,
and the accumulation of knowl-edge
over a period of time, help expand my
ability to help my team grow.”
“This growth can be attributed to
Landfall Realty’s unique business plan. As
the only brokerage firm focused entirely
on the Landfall community, we have been
able to provide expertise in all phases of
the sale and our ability to provide under-standing
of the Club and the homeowners’
association make us more attractive.” Alison
explains that the location of Landfall in
the Wilmington area is a big factor in its
prosperity.
“The Wilmington metro area continues
to be one of the best-kept secrets on the
East Coast. What’s not to love? We have it
all,” according to Alison.
With her personal philosophy, “P.O.S.,”
short for “Positively Outrageous Service,”
matched with Alison Bernhart’s enthusiasm
and energy for making an action plan for
her clients, there’s no doubt that she and
Landfall Realty will have continued success.
