When Wilmington Dermatology Center was founded just over four years ago, Dr. Rosalyn George had a vision of creating a practice that provided
not only the highest level of service, but also offered patients the latest available treatments and technology.
“We evaluated various locations along the East Coast and immediately fell in love with Wilmington. After significant market research, we
knew from the beginning that Wilmington and the Mayfaire area would be the best fit. For us, it was all about convenience and accessibility to our
patients,” George says
During the past four years WDC has expanded both
its office space and provider staffing twice, including the
addition of two experienced physicians’ assistants, and
most recently two aestheticians.
“With patient results being our number one focus, we
take pride in selectively introducing the latest in gold
standard non-invasive treatments,” George says.
In 2011 WDC was the first to introduce the fat
reduction and skin tightening procedures CoolSculpting
and Ulthera. In 2012 it launched the fastest, most
comfortable laser hair removal device, along with
Liposonix for fat reduction and contouring. Now in
2013, WDC is introducing two new devices to address
commonly encountered issues from years of sun
exposure and aging, including sun spots and melasma,
fine lines, tone, texture and acne scarring with the Fraxel
Dual and the Clear+Brilliant.
From continued involvement in clinical research
trials, to addressing all aspects of medical and cosmetic
skin conditions, Dr.Rosalyn George and the staff at
WDC look forward to providing their patients with
outstanding results.
