Savor – Signature Dish: Big Thai

Big Thai (1001 N. 4th Street 910-763-3035 and Landfall Center 910-256-6588) serves genuine Bangkok-style Thai cuisine in a tranquil and inviting setting. “Its as authentic as Thai can get. In their signature dish Spicy Eggplant diced sections of eggplant are lightly fried mixed with an assortment of freshly cut peppers and simmered in a zesty chili sauce before being mixed with your choice of pan-seared chicken beef or shrimp. This fabulous fusion is served on a bed of finely shredded greens and is accompanied by a side of steaming jasmine rice.
