NN and her husband are just
so eclectic and individ-ual,”
Jacobsen says.
“This house is not out of
a catalogue, there are so many beautiful
pieces that are so meaningful to them.
That’s why I love it so much.”
As do the owners.
“I would build this house a million
times over,” says Beau.
Mya’s ceiling accent (painted in Farrow
& Ball’s Earthy Red) and Hayes’ accent
wall (painted in Sherwin Williams’ Naval)
are inspired by Nest Realty designer
Jasmine Bible. Original art in Mya’s
room includes a painting by Gabriel
Lehman and a macramé wall hanging
by Lyrica Squires. Hayes’ room has an
original painting by James Fulcher,
whose art is exhibited throughout the
University of North Carolina Wilmington
campus, where Beau and Ann went to
school. Natural light fills the playroom
where a grouping of family memories
hangs above the sofa.
