Repel the Invaders!

Oh no, say it isn’t so (“Alien Invaders,” August 2021 WBM).

I’ve been planting nandinas everywhere I’ve lived forever.  Always loved the colors, shape, berries and they made a great shaded hedge.

Never too old to learn something new.  Back to the garden shop to start replacing them with some variegated fatsia. Won’t my husband be delighted when he finds out he needs to get the shovel out again.

Thank you for making us aware of the potential damage these everyday plants may do.

Recipe for Success

I tried out the Cilantro Lime Potato Salad (“Plant-Based Picnic,” July 2021 WBM) and enjoyed it. I substituted parsley for the cilantro, and it was refreshing! Thank you for putting that recipe in your magazine.
