Surfers and their boards fill the strand at the Stone Street beach access for a paddle out in memory of Wrightsville Beach Ocean Rescue Captain Jeremy Owens on June 26. WBOR also dedicated a lifeguard stand to Owens and retired his number, 81, at the ceremony.
