Clockwise from top left: Metal patchwork quilt barn doors are by Area 51 Metal Fabrication. Layers of paint on the original walls have been
sandblasted to reveal an industrial style exposed concrete block wall. Vinyl tiles on the floor were removed to showcase polished con-crete
flooring. Office spaces each have floating desk tops suspended from the walls. A bullpen office space is for field workers. The exte-rior
is painted Pure White by Sherwin Williams SW7005. Glass work is by Matkins Glass of Wilmington. The former fellowship hall’s stage,
once used for church Christmas pageants and choir practice, is now a design studio. Thin pickets of ipe accent the building’s entries, and a
glass garage door in the rear is specially fitted for deliveries.
