to equipment and the
second floor to creative
work. What was once
Charles Richter’s apart-ment
on the second
floor of the building
is now filled with
Lighthouse Films offices
and edit bays. A floor
restoration specialist
scaled the hardwood
floors instead of sand-ing
them to preserve
their features.
