Ella’s a great eater, and Robin looks forward to making lots of fun bento lunches for her :-).  • Cantaloupe, watermelon and mango • Shelled edamame beans • Pretzel flats for the snack bag • Peanut butter, banana and honey on whole wheat, cut into star shapes Hot Pink Smoothie Makes 4 servings INGREDIENTS 1½ cup coconut water 1 large carrot, cleaned, or 5 baby carrots ¼ of medium beet, raw, peeled ¼ cup cashews ¼ cup chopped dates 2 tsp vanilla 12 frozen strawberries DIRECTIONS Puree all ingredients except strawberries in a high-powered blender for 90 seconds.
