VIRGINIA CHIARELLO’S •YUMMY • CHICKEN SALAD 4 cups cooked chicken breast, cubed 4 eggs, boiled 3 stalks celery, finely diced ½ cup sweet pickle relish ⅛ cup dill pickle relish ½ cup sour cream ¾ cup Hellman’s mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste Mix all ingredients together and store in a tight container for two hours before serving. by encore magazine voted Best vegetarian Food Lovey’s Celebrating 11 Years 82 WBM april 2014 CHERYL WAGONER’S • DEVILED EGGS • 3 dozen eggs 1 cup low fat Hellman’s mayonnaise 1 cup pickle relish 1 tsp. dry mustard powder pinch of salt ½ small onion, finely chopped paprika Boil eggs, cool and cut in half. Scoop out yolks and put into mixing bowl. Mix mayonnaise, relish, mustard powder, salt and onion together. Add yolks and mix together. Put yolk mixture into Ziploc bag. Cut one corner of bag, pipe yolk mixture into egg white halves. Sprinkle tops of deviled eggs with paprika.
