Diners relax after a days work on comfortable couches or outside on the patio and order (small portioned) dishes designed to be shared. Try the Laughing Bird Shrimp Salad tossed with passion-fruit vinaigrette rice noodles peanuts and flavorful laughing bird shrimp that are raised on a sustainability farm off the coast of Belize. “You cant get anything like it here in Wilmington ” says executive chef Bobby Nichols. Only open for dinner Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday brunch starting at 11:30 a.m. 19 Hundred is a number you have to write down and remember.
