61 During the fall of 1983 Randall Williams was tending bar in Atlantic Beach trying to save enough money to get back into East Carolina University to finish an English Degree. He wanted to be a journalist. As fate would have it, one night a polished customer with a smooth Southern accent asked him a question. “Have you ever considered selling real estate?” At 23, Williams had already worked a number of tough jobs, but he certainly had never thought about a career in real estate. As the son of a Raleigh cop and a school secretary, he had no idea what “selling real estate” even meant. Thirty years later, he knows more about that subject than most people care to hear. As Broker-in-Charge at Hardee Hunt and Williams, he and his business partners of twenty-five years are the top selling broker team at Wrightsville Beach. He has given up the dream of being a journalist, but says he would like his bartending job back. www.wrightsvillebeachmagazine.com WBM 602 Causeway Drive Wrightsville Beach, NC 28480 910.256.6998 www.HardeeHuntandWilliams.com Randall Williams Hardee Hunt and Williams Serving Wrightsville Beach, Landfall and Figure Eight Island {SPECIAL ADVERTISING SECTION}
